BACK IN ARGENTINA, HE LAUNCHED A BOUTIQUE CATERING COMPANY, PRODUCING EVERYTHING FROM ELEGANT HOME DINNERS TO MILESTONE CELEBRATIONS LIKE THE OMEGA SPEEDMASTER 50TH ANNIVERSARY MOON LANDING EVENT, HELD AT THE BUENOS AIRES PLANETARIUM.
HE ALSO OPENED LA RESERVA, A SUCCESSFUL RESTAURANT IN LUJÁN, BUENOS AIRES, SPECIALIZING IN FIRE-GRILLED MEATS, AND WORKED AS A PRIVATE CHEF FOR HIGH-PROFILE ARTISTS, ATHLETES, AND LEADERS IN POLITICS AND ENTERTAINMENT.
